I have a hard time concentrating on things. Partially due to biology, but also because of over a dozen head injuries. So I decided to write reflections on the Mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary. I will be posting them little-by-little, on the days that Pope St. John Paul II encouraged us to pray specific sets of Mysteries.

  • Sunday – Glorious
  • Monday – Joyful
  • Tuesday – Sorrowful
  • Wednesday -Glorious
  • Thursday – Luminous
  • Friday – Sorrowful
  • Saturday – Joyful

Glorious Mysteries

  1. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ
  2. The Ascension of Jesus Christ
  3. The Descent of the Holy Spirit
  4. The Assumption of Mary
  5. The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

Joyful Mysteries

  1. The Annunciation of the Lord to Mary
  2. The Visitation of Mary to Elizabeth
  3. The Nativity of Christ
  4. The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple
  5. The Finding of Christ in the Temple

Sorrowful Mysteries

  1. The Scourging at the Pillar
  2. The Crowning of Jesus With Thorns
  3. The Carrying of the Cross

Luminous Mysteries

  1. The Baptism of Jesus
  2. The Wedding at Cana
  3. The Proclamation of the Kingdom

So, yeah. Check it out. Share it.
