Love exists, right? We know it does. We see it in a mother’s tender embrace, in a firefighter’s selfless plunge, and in the eyes of our spouse. True love continues to grow. The love I have for my older children is more robust and multifaceted than the love I have for my younger children, even though my love for the latter is more joyful and my love for the former more staid.
