ONE | If you ever find yourself in Northern California and have some time to spend a few days on the coast, you should def hang out a bit in Mendocino. Camp at Van Damme State Park, get your coffee and wifi fix at Moody’s Organic Coffee Bar, but unless you are fumes, keep driving to Fort Bragg for gas. TWO | I have been hearing a great deal about this book: The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness by Dr. Michelle Alexander. I have only read excerpts, but seems like a powerful read. I plan on getting it, but if you have read it, please let me know what you think.
