A Great Weekend

A Great Weekend October 10, 2011
We had a great weekend here in our house, and although we were busy with many out-of-the-home obligations, we also found plenty of time to just hang out together at home. One of the blessings this weekend was that neither ET or I had “chores” that we were trying to accomplish, other than a quick grocery run on Saturday afternoon. This rarely happens – usually I need to run a longer errand, or ET is fixing something around the house, or we are working in the yard. We also had no birthday parties for the older kids, so we didn’t need to split up our family to tackle those. It was nice to spend our free time this weekend just enjoying each others’ company. I think that the rainy weather, our first in months, also helped to set the mood 🙂 Here are some shots of what we’ve been up to – enjoy!
