Magical Monday: Gratitude

It can be so easy to get caught up in the needs, shoulds, and wants of our lives, but it’s important to slow down and remember to be grateful. On this post-lunar-eclipse morning, grab a pen and write down three things you are grateful for. Keeping a gratitude journal (and only listing three things each day) can be an easy way to build a powerful practice of gratitude and awareness. Remember, that which you focus on grows. Let’s spend the next week consciously shifting our awareness to an attitude of gratitude for the small and the large blessings.
