Indiana legislator opposed to Convention of States, changes his vote – here’s why

Earlier this year the Convention of States team in Indiana was able to change a state legislator’s vote from NO to YES, all because of their inspiring testimony in a committee hearing.

Indiana went on to become the 6th state to pass the Convention of States resolution through both chambers of their state legislature.
