In order to grasp this talk, let’s consider your line of work. Most jobs and/or careers rely on teamwork. Teams are human relationships of understanding for achieving goals. Without these relationships, the work would be much heavier and less efficient. Moving into 2013 (Islamic Year 1434 a.h.), we must approach the next level of human engagement, by enhancing our behavior and intellect to understand another person or a culture of people.
