Our Homeschool bread

So part of our basic studies has been to get the boys to actually do things.  As a general rule, they can cook well enough for their age, and our oldest is no slouch as a baker.  Though our 14 year old tried pita bread for the first time a while back and blew us away with how good it was.  But they hadn’t tried actual homemade from scratch bread yet, so that was the assignment:
