Apart from the earlier post, I won’t be posting today. If Donald Trump can do the right thing and set aside celebrations of his VP pick out of respect for the horrific attack and its victims, I can hold off from blogging for a day.
I would say prayers are in order. Pray for the victims of course. Pray for their loved ones, those they leave behind, and all of us as we work to know how to react. But pray for honesty. The best resource for problem is, as often as not, being honest about the problem. Donning that belt of truth so to speak.
So prayers today, and may God grant us the strength and fortitude needed to approach the problems as Christians, and not post-moderns.
