I have no problem with this either

As I said, if Mr. Kaepernick wants to protest the oppression of minorities in our society, have at it.  I also have no problem with those who protest his decision, including the police who Mr. Kaepernick’s opinions portray in a rather unflattering way.   And if  the 49ers choose to support Kaepernick, then they can deal with those who disagree with the team.   Not much else to say.  People have a right to make a statement.  People have a right to disagree with the statement.  Pretty simple stuff.
