I hope he fixes it

The rot that is in our current VA administration is one of the embarrassments of our age.  The problems are not just at the president’s feet, but it is an issue the president can make into a priority.  If the president invests himself in a situation, he can make a big difference.  See the moon landings for an example.

My Dad was a vet who worked closely with VA hospitals, and was the first to admit that VA fortunes have always been an up and down venture. Nonetheless, in recent years it’s mostly been down.  And few disagree. The veterans I know say it’s as bad as they’ve seen.  So count this as an issue that, if Trump can fix it, I’m behind all the way.
