I wouldn’t just drop off my 10 year old in the middle of New York City

I have no idea why parents basically do just that when they hand their kids a smart phone. It seems to breed more problems and encourage more ill treatment of others than it helps. But then I’m an old fashioned type who still prefers face to face interaction with my fellow human beings. I’m sure someday I’ll see the light.
