Leave aside, even, the notion of Britain (or America) as a “Christian country.”
The White House hasn’t had much to say about the persecution and killing of Christians by ISIS and al-Shabaab and other such Islamist groups in recent months. It seems determined not to acknowledge that Christians are being singled out for killing.
David Cameron, by contrast, speaks forthrightly. That’s nice to hear.
