After a long period of growth, the Foundation for Ancient Research and Mormon Studies (aka FARMS) briefly became the Institute for the Study and Preservation of Ancient Religious Texts (aka ISPART). Then it became the Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship. And then, in 2012, it finally threw off its chains and became . . . respectable.
