Polygamists in prison — Will the federal government someday pay reparations to the descendants of victims of anti-polygamy prosecutions? If so, too bad for me: As far as I know, off the top of my head, I have absolutely no polygamous ancestors within at least the past millennium or so.

In post-Obergefell America, I can’t really think of a principled reason why these three shouldn’t be permitted to be married. After all, there’s a heck of a lot more precedent in world history for polygyny than there is for same-sex weddings:
