On the seer stone, revelation, and culture

The notorious seer stone — A decade or two ago, an anti-Mormon in California (who later sued me for $4.5 million!) published a book containing an amusing typo: It described a “chocolate-covered seer stone.” By which, I suppose, a “chocolate-COLORED seer stone” was intended. I publicly chuckled at the typo, but, as his reaction to me indicated, this particular anti-Mormon doesn’t seem to have been endowed with a vibrant sense of humor. By the way, he didn’t get his $4.5 million. I could have told him in advance that he never would.
