Many of my internet and email critics will feel themselves vindicated.  Mostly, beyond their sheer and entirely understandable scorn for Y’r Humble Servant, these are opponents of Mormonism and of my defense of Mormonism. But the Trumpists who’ve recently been writing to me with powerful rebuttals to my criticisms of their Leader — some of which are angry, almost all of which read “Trump in 2016!” and “Make America Great Again!” — will also be pleased that their method of reasoning now has academic approval.

I think that I can already feel America becoming great again.
