“Kurt Van Gorden refuted on sola scriptura”

“Kurt Van Gorden refuted on sola scriptura” July 2, 2016

A turnip
Although I’m aware of no actual evidence on this score, I suspect that Mr. Van Gorden may also have attempted to squeeze blood from this turnip.  (Wikimedia Commons)

This is, of course, an important topic in and of itself.  But I confess that Kurt Van Gorden occupies a special place in my heart since he once sued me for 4.5 million dollars.  (Although I was the principal target, my codefendants included President Gordon B. Hinckley.)

Incidentally, just in case you’re interested, Mr. Van Gorden didn’t get $4,500,000.00 from me.  (He didn’t get $4.50 from me, for that matter.)  Nor could he have.  Nor did he get any money from President Hinckley or the Church.

But the case did go to lawyers, and to a judge in California.

It’s quite a story.  It’s even rather amusing, after the lapse of years.  Someday, I’ll write it up for my life history.
