A really fine review essay on the most recent product of Royal Skousen’s magnificent Book of Mormon Critical Text Project has just appeared (or will appear very shortly) in BYU Studies, written by Grant Hardy:

The first edition of Volume 4 of the Critical Text of the Book of Mormon, Analysis of Textual Variants of the Book of Mormon, is available online from the Interpreter Foundation:

Were you aware that the Interpreter Foundation has published several books?
There’s a listing of them here.

Some very interesting items from Latter-day Saint authors are now available via Amazon.com:
Behold the Mother of My Lord: Towards a Mormon Mariology, by Robert S. Boylan
Not by Scripture Alone: A Latter-Day Saint Refutation of Sola Scriptura, by Robert S. Boylan
These books will likely not appear on the shelves at Deseret Book.
Robert Boylan, incidentally, is an independent scholar based in Ireland who helped out with Interpreter’s early scripture roundtables and who has also published in Interpreter: A Journal of Mormon Scripture , as well as the stunningly prolific proprietor of the Scriptural Mormonism blog, to which I often call attention here.

Here’s a nice item from another of my favorite bloggers and Interpreter contributors, Jeff Lindsay:
“When Engineers Err: My Favorite Story from General Conference”

As President Nelson, Elder Holland, and their wives commence their (literally) round-the-world tour:
“After ‘electric’ general conference, U.K. Mormons eager to see, hear President Nelson in London”
“Melting pot of Mormons to greet President Nelson Thursday, hoping to reach irreligious Europeans”

Just a reminder that I’ll be accompanying a tour to Egypt from 26 December 2018 to 5 January 2019:
The weather will be great, and it would be fun to have you along.
