Ten people, including an American contractor, were killed this week at the Corinthia Hotel, in Tripoli, Libya, by gunmen affiliated with, or at least inspired by, ISIS. The Obama administration once touted Libya as one of its foreign policy success stories. It’s now mired in a civil war, and roughly half of the country is controlled by Islamists. Hilary Clinton will be obliged to run on her record as Obama’s Secretary of State.
