My wife, who was on Maui a few days ago with her sister, is now in Las Vegas for the week with a friend. Their rigorous schedule while in Sin City calls for reading, swimming, three shows, and — I’m pleased to report — a visit to the Las Vegas Temple.
Clearly, I’m not oppressing her enough.
She seems to be getting uppity.
I should probably put my foot down.
When she returns at the end of the week, I intend to raise the issue with her. And then, if she grants me permission, I’ll crack down.
While she’s there, though, I certainly hope she wins big. Scoring a major jackpot in Vegas has always been key to my retirement strategy.
