An important speech by the head of LDS Public Affairs

Michael Otterson, the head of the Public Affairs Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, spoke on Friday morning at the seventeenth annual conference of FairMormon.  His remarks were entitled “On the Record.”
