“Accepting the Other: The Importance of Finding Common Ground among People of Faith”

I’ve spent several hours yesterday and today with Dr. Safi Kaskas and his wife, Eman Kaskas.  Natives of Lebanon who have lived for three decades in Saudi Arabia, they’re both pleasant and fascinating.  He has recently published a fresh English translation of the Qur’an that features comparative cross references to the Bible — the first time this has ever been done.
