With his victory yesterday at the Australian Open, Rafael Nadal has now won more Grand Slam titles than any man in tennis history. By any measure, he is one of the “Greatest Of All Time” and thus by acronym a “GOAT.” Of course, when sports fans speak of GOATs these days, they’re most likely referring to Tom Brady. “We’re hearing from reliable sources that the Taliban demand people’s phones, and if they find a downloaded Bible on your device, they will kill you immediately.” This is how Dr. Rex Rogers, North American President of the Middle East media ministry SAT-7, describes conditions in Afghanistan for believers after the Taliban’s takeover. It is a video I will not forget: as airplanes took off yesterday from the Kabul airport, desperate Afghans clung to plane tires before plummeting from the sky to their deaths. According to US officials, seven people were killed at the airport yesterday when crowds of Afghans swarmed the tarmac as US military flights were preparing to leave. The Taliban have been in control of Afghanistan for only a few days but reports of horrific atrocities against women and girls... Read more

Historically, Bill Maher has been outspoken against religion and considers himself progressive and liberal. However, last month, on his popular show Real Time with Bill Maher, he lambasted the Olympics for its “wokeness.” (Be warned of strong language in the video.) He cited the “cultural appropriation” charges leveled against... Read more
