Google vs Microsoft: Battle on your desktop!

I downloaded the msn live messenger today. After the install was complete.. I see this message on my laptop! I couldn’t help but chuckle! This is where the real rubber meets the road in the corporate battles of the like that Microsoft and Google are engaged in.. and both aren’t letting the other guy get in through the sidecracks!
