What I find most amazing is that creation repeats itself at smaller and micro levels. Whether it is the forces that keep the planets in place or those that keep atomic components in place.. the structure seems to be so similar. The same, I believe, is true of our "dreams". A person dreams and "creates" a world. It is real until it lasts. Can he direct the dreamworld? yes and no. Does he sweat and be a part of the dream too? Yes. Is he in that dream? Yes! Girl's Parents stop her Organ Growth for better quality of life!

A strange and interesting story of a girl whose brain was not developed so her parents have stopped her other organs from developing so she could have a better quality of life! Women have a tough life - they work hard and are discriminated.. at work and elsewhere. So men are to be blamed.. right? WRONG! The latest research shows that women bosses are FAR MORE likely to discriminate against a female employee as opposed to a male boss! Not to suggest that sexism is a figment of imagination.. but then it seems that intra-gender rivalry is as much - probably more - a cause of discrimination as inter-gender one is. Women bosses are significantly more likely than men to discriminate against female employees, research has suggested. The study found that when presented with applications for promotion, women were more likely than men to assess the female candidate as less qualified than the male one. Read more

Google to automate its hiring process; Using Algorithms

Now Google is mechanising its hiring process. After revolutionizing the world of searches with hard-to-fathom mathematical algorithms, Google is trying to solve its issues in the hiring process by building yet another algorithm. Its mathematicians are on that job now. Google used to go for the highest grades and marks at the school and anyone below 3.7 GPA was out of contention anyways. Now, the more than 100k applicants every month will have to fill up a questionnaire that explores their attitudes, behaviors, personality, and biographical details going back to as far back as their high schools. The test is meant to check if they fit into the Corporate Culture of Google as it is today. To ascertain this the company asked its employees to identify themselves in terms of their characteristics by filling up a 300 question survey over 5 months. Read more

He also warned on globallization and how it will affect India...
