There really IS a secret to having a healthy mindset…

It’s not some magic formula or recipe or ritual.

It’s not some guru’s three-step program.

It’s a simple truth Jesus spoke that opens the doors to a healthier way of thinking, but requires that YOU open yourself up to changes that you may have been resisting all your life.

What is the secret to a healthy mindset? Here it is… straight from Jesus’ lips…

You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (John 8:38)

A mindset that believes and focuses on TRUTH is the mindset that will be healthy and strong. Why? Because it’s operating according to REALITY.

So consider the variety of areas that make up your life:

  • Relationships
  • Finances
  • Career
  • Success
  • Crises
  • Parenting
  • Learning
  • and many more…

If you are willing to discover the TRUTH in those areas, you’re going to be able to live in a HEALTHY way because of those true beliefs.

But wait… there’s an equally important truth about mindset…

The opposite is also true: A mindset that believes and focuses on UNTRUTH will be unhealthy and weak, prone to all kinds of life-mess (my term).

The degree to which you are believing any “untruth” is the degree to which your life will be unhealthy.

Because your beliefs determine your life.

So here’s the real question for YOU today:

If what you were believing in any given area WAS NOT TRUE, would you want to know?

Take a second to count the cost before you answer. To say “Yes” will require:

  • That you take responsibility for it
  • That you actively begin working to change it
  • That you engage in a battle in that area to reclaim your mindset

It will be hard. Harder than anything you’ve ever done.

Are you willing to take that first step?
