Find below my Good Friday sermon, pre-recorded for Warragal Anglican Church. It is on Mark 15. It is inspired by D.A. Carsons’ book Scandalous: The Cross and Resurrection of Jesus and  Thomas E. Schmidt, “Mark 15:16-32: The Crucifixion Narrative and the Roman Triumphal Procession,” NTS 41 (1995): 1-18. Who says scholarship doesn’t preach well? Actually, maybe it doesn’t, others will have to decide.
