Tonight we spent our family time going to see the movie, “Earth.” It’s really beautiful. Amazing, inspiring earth images. It was also pretty darn sad. Watching the reality that some cute little baby animal has to die so that some other cute baby animal & their family can survive. No worries about your kiddos ~ they do not show the graphic parts of this unfortunate part of the circle of life. The movie made me long for the day when the lion will lie down with the lamb. You get the distinct feeling, it’s just not supposed to be this way. The earth is longing for redemption. All that said, it’s a great movie!
Anyway, in celebration of Earth day, here’s a few pics of one of the beautiful, pristine places on earth: Cedar Campus, which is in the Upper Peninsula of MI. A place my family & I get to enjoy at least once a year as part of my job. A place my little pumkin loves to explore…
Happy Earth Day!
