Kandi Burruss’ First Gospel Single ‘Stay Prayed Up’ Is Here 2013-03-04T10:40:44-04:00

As much as I love Real Housewife singles, most of them are godawful singers who need to stick with joke songs. (“Money Can’t Buy You Class,” anyone?) That said, Kandi Burruss is more than just a Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member – she’s a respected singer, songwriter, and producer who won a Grammy for writing TLC‘s song “No Scrubs.” Her storyline this season has been about getting into the gospel world, and now her first single is out. It’s called “Stay Prayed Up” and features gospel superstar Marvin Sapp. I think it’s really good! What’s your take?
