Do Not Worry About Tomorrow

Jesus gives us a clear command in Matthew 6:34 (NKJV). He says, “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things.” This means we should focus on today and not fear what might happen next. Each day brings its own problems, but also its own blessings. When we let go of fear, we can live fully now with God by your side, trusting Him with every step.

Let God Lead Your Steps

God wants us to trust Him completely and follow His lead. Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV) tells us to trust the Lord with all our heart. It also says not to lean on our own understanding. Instead, we must acknowledge God in all we do. Then, He will guide us clearly and help us walk forward with His resurrection power.

Trust God for Today’s Needs

The Israelites in the desert gathered food one day at a time. Exodus 16:4 (NKJV) shows God’s daily plan for their needs. He said, “Gather a certain quota every day.” This taught them to depend on Him fully. Like them, we can learn forgiveness and trust God each day, knowing He meets our needs one moment at a time.

Pray and Receive Peace

Worry steals our focus and joy. Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV) tells us to pray about everything with a thankful heart. It says the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds. When we pray instead of panic, we find calm. This lasting peace helps us stay strong through anything.

You Are Worth More Than Birds

Jesus reminds us that God feeds the birds every day. In Matthew 6:26 (NKJV), He says we are worth much more than them. If God cares for birds, He surely cares for you. Therefore, trust God’s love, and let it lead you to share that love through social justice and kindness.

Make the Most of Every Day

Each day is a gift with new chances to do good. Ephesians 5:16 (NKJV) says to redeem the time wisely. That means we must not waste time or delay doing what matters. As we follow God, we must practice forgiveness and make choices that honor Him.

Be Thankful for a New Morning

Every new day brings God’s mercy again. Lamentations 3:22-23 (NKJV) reminds us that His compassion never fails. Each morning, we start fresh in His love. Because of the resurrection, we walk in hope and live with faith, no matter what happened yesterday.

Trust Like David Did

David faced fear and danger, but he still trusted God. Psalm 56:3 (NKJV) says, “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.” David’s troubles didn’t stop him from believing in God’s power. Instead, he acted with courage and social justice, knowing God stood by him always.

Live Fully Now with God by Your Side

God gives us today as a gift to enjoy and use for His glory. Matthew 6:34 (NKJV) says today has enough trouble of its own. So we must not waste it by worrying about things we cannot control. Instead, we should live fully now with God by your side, trusting His peace, forgiveness, and the hope found in His resurrection.
