A scientist by academic qualification, the author is passionate about writing on the interface of people, policy, and politics affecting lives. He has extensive experience in higher education as a faculty and in academic administration including public policy experience in the White House Office Of Science and Technology Policy for the greater good. He is retired but not tired and leads a nonprofit Vidya Gyan committed to improving education in schools in rural India where he himself got his foundation in learning. He believes that Every Child Matters, particularly the girls, and deserve opportunities to excel.
A Hindu by birth he believes in the Dharmic principles and values associated with Hinduism/Hindutva.
