What Is The Outcry?

In Genesis 18:20-21 and Genesis 19:13, God says that there is an outcry from Sodom and Gomorrah.
“Then the Lord said, “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is immense, and their sin is extremely serious. I will go down to see if what they have done justifies the cry that has come up to Me. If not, I will find out.”” (Genesis 18:20–21, HCSB)
“for we are about to destroy this place because the outcry against its people is so great before the Lord, that the Lord has sent us to destroy it.”” (Genesis 19:13, HCSB)
He promises to investigate and see if He needs to judge the sin.
Who is crying out? Why are they crying out to God? Is it sexual perversion? Is it domestic violence?
One thing is certain. God hears the cries of people who call out to Him. He listens to those prayers and judges the sin.
