The early christians used to practice this meditation in the caves. It was one of the techniques mastered by Jesus when he studied yoga in India. It used to be one of the most sacred and secret meditations.

As you continue to meditate, you will reach a stage where the hands will become still and calm and the arms will start supporting themselves. The body will begin to relax. You will reach a stage of total relaxation as you continually stimulate the life nerves. After 3 to 5 minutes, you will feel locked in the position. Then as you relax you will start floating in the mental realm.

Start practicing 5 minutes and slowly increase. The best time to practice it is just before bed for 11 minutes. It will bring the experience and potential for many lives.
