Born July 27, 1949, Jesuit Father Pacwa is 66 years old, and along with being a mainstay of EWTN, he is the president and founder of Ignatius Productions. He has taught at the University of Dallas and at Loyola University Chicago. Currently, he’s the senior fellow for the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology, a nonprofit research and educational institute promoting Scripture study in the Catholic tradition.
Father Pacwa’s illness comes only weeks after the Easter Sunday death of Mother Angelica, the Franciscan nun who founded EWTN.
