is a new blog on the block:
Long time reader John Rogers writes:
I started a few weeks ago, Man Fully Alive: www.manfullyalive.com. Here’s a little bit about us:
Man Fully Alive was launched in January 2013. Our writers, podcasters, and videographers are on a simple mission: to seek out signs of hope in human life and share them with the world.
Our hope comes from Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church, from whom we learn that the human person is not destined for oblivion, but for heaven. As people of faith, we believe that each person is more than a cog in the machine of industry, a bodiless intellect, or an accident born of natural processes. Instead, every person is a creature of flesh, shot through with divine light, able to discover, contemplate, and act upon what is true, good, and beautiful.
We believe the hope of the world can be found in acts of kindness, works of art, and places of great beauty, all of which point to a loving God who wants the best for us. The internet is often a pretty cynical place, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Please subscribe to this site, join in the conversation on Twitter and YouTube, and support our work as we seek out the many signs of hope in the world.
