Always Happy to Help a New Writer!

Reader Martin Kennedy writes

I wrote ‘A Philadelphia Catholic in King James’ Court‘ in 1999.  It did well and continues to sell.

My next book will be out in 3 or 4 months, but not why I’m writing you.  In Spring of this year a would-be novelist asked me to look at the book she was writing.  That happens from time to time.  This time I really liked it.

I’d describe it as ‘Theology of the Body’ in fiction form.

She’s taking part in a contest.  In short, if her book gets enough ‘nominations,’ which is quite easy to do, then Kindle will publish / promote it.  The benefit of that is that it will get attention in a broader (secular) market.  The novel is not explicitly Catholic; it has the potential to ‘sneak’ up on people, to evangelize subtlely.

Here’s a short description along with the opportunity to ‘nominate’ it. It is pretty much a matter of ‘clicking’ a button.

My hope is that you’ll consider plugging it on your blog.
