The Philippines have elected a maniac

“Speaking to a crowd of 500 in a Manila slum, Duterte [the new President] said: “If you know of any addicts, go ahead and kill them yourself as getting their parents to do it would be too painful.””

Not a fake quote.  The new President of the Philippines just urged the whole population of his country to act as vigilantes and start murdering their neighbors for the “crime” of being addicted to drugs.

And to my astonishment I am seeing Filipinos responding to this with the same “He’s a straight talker!  He’s not PC!  He can get things done and make the trains run on time!” brutality of the Trumpkins in our country.  Once again the spiritual law is fulfilled that grave evil always dresses itself in the language of courage.

Madness. Pray for the Philippines.
