Sherry Weddell is Everywhere

The United States is experiencing a “transition from a strong cultural Catholicism to an intentional Catholicism,” and that requires “a new evangelization (that) responds to the questions of today,” said Boston Cardinal Sean P. O’Malley.

His use of the phrase “Intentional Catholicism” is the sign signaling that Cardinal O’Malley has started internalizing what Sherry Weddell has so brilliantly said in her book Forming Intentional Disciples, the book that is deservedly taking its place among the most important Catholic books of this decade.  If you care about the future of the Church, read this book.
