Warrior cops vs. Guardian Cops

Warrior cops who see themselves as centurions tasked with crushing a defeated population of subjects need to be systematically fired and prevented from joining the force. Guardian cops who see themselves as protectors of the community need to be fostered and hired. Otherwise you get obscenities like this stupid reckless bully who let an attack dog loose on a helpless infant.

There are plenty of great guardian cops out there.  We saw them in Dallas at that horrible shooting. And the response of the community to those cops was beautiful. And there are some really good guys out there forming our police forces.  But there’s a lot of work to be done.
