Jubilee Professional

Jubilee Professional is a unique opportunity to learn from local and global thought leaders as well as practitioners about how to apply biblical truth to our everyday, professional life.

For six years, CCO and Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (PLF) have partnered to produce this unique event to meet the specific interests of men and women who are one, five, 20 or 50 years out of college.

This year’s topic is about having an entrepreneurial mindset. It’s about creating value and valuing people. An entrepreneurial mindset can be brought into any context. It’s not all about the start-up or owning a business. It takes on different forms in the arts, corporations, retail, and churches. Let’s start considering how experimenting and innovating in our daily work can improve opportunities for human flourishing.

An entrepreneurial mindset is about valuing people for what they bring and who they are, rather than simply what they can do. We need to think about how to create space for people to better understand calling, vocation, and giftedness in the places we work, serve, learn, and play. Let’s talk about what it looks like to value people from that perspective.
