On the night of the 17th of May I passed on the Soto Dharma transmission to Sensei Sevan Ross. Sevan is abbot of the Chicago Zen Center and also a Dharma successor to Roshi Bodhin Kjolhede, abbot of the Rochester Zen Center. I look forward to seeing how Boundless Way and the Chicago Zen Center, and perhaps other sanghas in the Rochester lineage, find ways to collaborate over the coming years.
