Second, it is very good to stop, full stop, every once in a while. To, for just a breath or two, to turn the heart and mind to the moment without the pulls of the hubbub of the regular flow of things. Not only clearing cobwebs, but recalling deeper perspectives…
And, third, once one works through the hurt, physical and mental that is hard zazen
the gates of heaven open.
At least it does every once in a while…
