cartoon: beds

This is not to argue whether demons or angels are literal beings. Neither is it to argue that we should never sleep comfortably but always painfully. I intended to write “faith” above the comfortable bed and “doubt” over the bed of nails, but that would imply that faith was a bad choice. Struggling for some time to come up with the right captions, the image finally spoke for itself. It is very often true that if we choose comfort it might be a temptation to resign from struggle. It is also very often true that when we choose a struggle there is somehow comfort provided.
