unanswered prayer

Back in March of 2010 I wrote a post called I’ve Never Seen a Miracle. It was written before I left the ministry and the church. But it wasn’t long after writing that post when I did leave.

I try to be honest in everything I do. This cartoon is honest. It’s my honest confession that I cannot control the universe. It’s also my confession that I cannot control That-Which-Controls-The-Universe.

It wasn’t easy arriving at this honesty. But it sure is liberating.
