Many would argue that, technically, yes this is true because we wouldn’t know about Jesus if it wasn’t for the bible and we wouldn’t have the bible if it wasn’t for the church.
But then others would argue that Jesus is the medicine, the bible is the syringe, and the church is the nurse. Once the medicine is administered then the syringe should be disposed of and the nurse dismissed.
Then others would argue that the whole thing is just a sales pitch, a hoax, a grand marketing scheme to lock you into a life-time membership like evil cellphone companies.
Is it even possible to just have Jesus only?
