The Satanic Temple Expands Its Services with a New Abortion Clinic
I was thrilled when I received an invitation to become a contributor for Patheos.com in 2024. Since starting my journey there, I’ve been able to articulate my thoughts and perspectives on various controversial topics that resonate deeply with my experiences and values. One of my initial pieces focused on Lucien Greaves and the Satanic Temple (TST), where I wrote about their mission to advocate for more accessible abortion services.
I should note that The Satanic Temple operates as a legitimate nonprofit organization, having successfully registered its organization with the IRS. This raises a crucial question, not only about TST but about the values and intentions of the federal government.
Since my last article, where I explored the mission of TST and the launch of their first abortion clinic, the organization has taken significant strides in opening up their second abortion clinic. In addition to providing pills and other medical services, they also promote a ritual—a destruction ritual—for women who are pregnant.
That being said, the Satanic Temple’s blatant misuse of government benefits is particularly concerning. Not to mention, TST is also supported by major media organizations, like Hearst, which owns Cosmopolitan magazine and boldly endorses the spread of misleading information by TST. The Satanic Temple proclaims they have good intentions.

Undoubtly, it is deeply troubling that the Federal Government, particularly the IRS, has approved the Satanic Temple as a Not-for-Profit and allowed them to establish their abortion clinics. This unsettling endorsement raises serious questions about the motives behind government actions. Is this an issue of rights, or is it simply a case of oversight? Or, is there something more devious going on behind closed doors.
TST, Abortion, and Moral Decline in the United States
We should be especially concerned about the fact that the Satanic Temple is legally permitted to establish abortion clinics. Moreover, their mascot, Baphomet, lacks any extenuating qualities and is often associated with Satan. More importantly, if we explore the ancient history surrounding Baphomet and similar figures, we uncover disturbing elements, such as child sacrifice, which can be likened to abortion.

The situation at hand involves The Satanic Temple gradually disseminating a set of unsettling values. These values are being promoted by the temple and various government agencies, sponsors, and a diverse range of professionals and other individuals. The Satanic Temple’s harmful spread of ideologies and the related propaganda aims to mislead and distract people from Christian principles.
Furthermore, let’s not forget that there are numerous types of satanic groups other than TST; however, at their core, they all embrace very similar values. They often engage in deceit and manipulation as strategies to erode fundamental principles within the United States.
Over the past few decades, it has become clear that the nation has experienced a significant decline in the values that once defined its identity, including integrity, compassion, and Christian principles. Additionally, this loss of values has contributed to a polarized society where divisions are deepening, making it increasingly difficult to find common ground.
The United States purportedly prides itself on upholding the rule of law, a foundational principle that ensures justice and order within society. However, amid the vast array of laws and regulations, I find it concerning that the government permits the establishment of abortion clinics by the Satanic Temple.
Regardless of rights, the issue of the Satanic Temple establishing abortion clinics in the United States is not solely about rights or religion but rather about eliminating Christian principles and the moral values that were once upheld in the United States of America.
