The Japanese say autumn makes us nostalgic, putting us in the mood for escaping to fictional worlds through books. Additionally, the shorter days and longer nights mean we want to spend less time outdoors, and more time snuggled up in the warm with a good book. Use this time to catch up on some reading – perhaps Pagans can see autumn as an opportunity to treat themselves to some new books on Paganism, or re-read some old favourites in their collection.
