Hot or Not Hot Primary

I take politics seriously, but I’m not a partisan – I don’t feel at home in any major political party. Maybe that’s why my favorite part of election year is the political satire & humor. I’m going to feature a lot of this here over the next year or so. I promise that I’ll do my best to offend everyone I can on all sides of the political spectrum.

First Up: The Atlantic Wire just conducted its own presidential primary of sorts. They found pictures of the Republican candidates when they were young, then plugged them into “hot or not not” to see who would come out on top. This is sheer genius. Everyone knows that to make it on the big stage you have to be at least moderately attractive. In the media age there can be no such thing as an unattractive candidate for president. No big surprise that Mitt Romney won. Apparently everyone was onto the fact that it was Newt – apparently that big melon of his is a dead give-away in any decade. Also, is it just me or does Herman Cain look exactly like Jamie Foxx?
