Rev. Jason Carson Wilson is a Black gay community organizer, faith leader, nonprofit leader, public theologian, and public policy advocate. Wilson, and ordained United Church of Christ and The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries (TFAM) minister, is particularly passionate about liberating Black & LGBTQIA+ people but strives to create a just world for all. He serves as the founding executive director of the Bayard Rustin Liberation Initiative. Wilson earned a Master of Divinity at Chicago Theological Seminary. He’s simultaneously pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Pacific School of Religion and a Doctor of Theology at The New Theology School.
